However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Size or product quality, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please find out below for more information on our return policy. Kindly note that only plain jerseys are acceptable for return that too with the defective pieces, not customized ones.
RETURN
If you have applied for return then it must be initiated within 24 hours of the receipt of your shipment. Our policy applies to lasts one day (24 hrs) post-delivery of the product. If one day (24 hrs) has gone and your order has been delivered, then unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or can’t initiate your refund. It is required that all returned items must be in the same and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return a product, please contact to you customer support. Kindly place the item securely in its original packaging with tags and include your proof of purchase or receipt, and mail to the address or handover your product to our customer support representative.
Please note that you will be solely responsible for all return shipping charges if required.
REFUND
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will initiate your exchange or refund to your source account. Kindly note that customer will be solely responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in case of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and cancellation charges will also be deducted. Please allow us at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by an email.
