Generally, we at Satya online shop give an estimate of 8-14 working days from the date of order placing and once your order is successfully placed and ready to dispatch, you will get all the tracking details on your registered email id. In case the product you order gets out of stock anyhow then it may take 3/5 additional days for delivery and you will be notified accordingly.
Once we get the confirmation of the items that will be shipped by us, we will share the tracking number with you with the help of which you can track the status online. Although, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on customer’s location.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
We only charge you the genuine shipping charges and also, we offer free shipping on Prepaid orders as per the order value.
How do you track my order?
Once your product has been dispatched from our side, you will receive an order tracking link via email and SMS from our side. Also, you can also find the tracking link on your account page, under “Order History”.
What will be the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the products and weight of your order and also on the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, you can simply add the items you want to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed on your screen from where you can check out the charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to some remote areas or location.
Damaged Items or missing items in Transport
If there is any damage or misshaping to the packaging on the time of delivery, contact us immediately. If there is any missing out item or you receive any items less, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can file for insurance claims and complaints. Any such claim after 24 hours will not be accepted or processed further.
